This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name https://www.whitefix.in (“Website”), including any related mobile site or mobile application (“Platform”).

G. Manufacturing Partner

Our exclusive manufacturing partner is M/s Arsh Ayurveda & Cosmetics, certified by the Ministry of AYUSH and GMP-compliant.

H. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to act on any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights.

I. Health Information Disclaimer

Any content or advice provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
